WHY OPEN DRIVE THRU IF YOU CAN"T MANGAGE IT???

Last night at app 9:15 I arrived at the Brackenfell KFC, I looked inside the store and there was a lot of people, so I decided to make use of the drive thru. There was a couple of cars in front of myself. Luckily I had a friend with me for some company. We waited for app 20min, we started to get frustrated and I wanted to get out of the drive thru, but there were 2 vehicles behind me... a nightmare! We were stuck!!! Luckily we started to move, we got to the first window, no one there, and we continued to the second window. The car in front of me just sped off without getting any food... I placed my order and the guy said, "did you place your order at the first window! You will have to go back to the first window and pay there we have no card facility" I asked him to call the manager. She came over and said they were sorry. I told her that they should not open their drive thru if they can't handle it!! I then also sped off and the car behind me followed suit.
All I want to ask KFC is to please not contact me and send me a letter of apology!!! You have wasted enough of my time, just go to KFC brackenfell and train the staff properly!! You are loosing business!!
