KFC Waterfall mall drive-thru

The card machine at the drive-thru at KFC waterfall mall is out of order most of the time. You have to sit in long queues at the drive-thru and when you eventually get to the front you are told that the card machine is out of order. One day they made an attempt to put up a (very) SMALL piece of paper at the entrance of the drive thru to inform clients that the card machine is out of order, problem was that it started raining so the piece of paper didn't last very long. Some days they would allow you to place your order at the drive-thru window, park your car and use the card machine inside the shop, but the last time, I was just informed to drive around and get into the queue inside the shop and place my order inside if I want to use a Debit/Credit card.
If the card machine inside the shop works why don't they make any attempts to get the drive-thru machine fixed (and don't even try blaming telkom, if one machine works and another doesn't then it cannot be telkom). If the restaurant manager and area manager cannot manage such a small issue I am certain they can be replaced with more competent personnel, or consider closing the drive-thru.
