I went to McDonalds Boksburg on a Friday 15th Nov 2013 at night on the drive thru and there was no person to attend me on the 1st window to take orders. I then proceeded to the second window to try and get assistance. The lady then told me that she can't help me place to place an order and I would have to reverse and order from the 1st window. I indicated that I couldnt reverse as there were cars behind me but she said she won't be able to help me and I either have to park my car and come inside the store to place an order or drive through again and join the queue. I then proceeded and drove off. Is that the customer service we get?
