Thank You Nandos! For putting your customer last and staff 1st! Went to Nandos Florida Cnr ConradOndekkers. Who pride themselves on a drive thru service. When I approached the window there was no one I went to the collection window to order. Where I was scolded by Anniki to drive around as I cannot order at the collection window. Who then left me at the window to wonder my life choices. And ignored me completely. I guess its a public holiday so Customers should be happy they open irrespective of the service provided. I went indoor to speak to the Manager who heard me out and told me Nandos has a internal Customer Care and will eal with it. So I asked if we can perhaps deal with it now as there was no one in the store and I wanted to place my order. Instead the Manager of this branch tried to interrogate me as to the validity of my concerns. I am totally disgusted. and urge my friends and family to stay away from this branch. As the customer comes last. And we should expect bad service on a holiday as a fully staffed store cannot service customers.
