After placing order in drive through and waiting 20 minutes without moving, several customers in front of me in the queue requested that I reverse so that they can leave. I drove forward and at the pay window was a single car that I waited behind for a further 5 minutes or so. After that I decided to go inside and place order when I was informed that the card machines were off line, then asked to speak to the Manager and upon my complaint was informed that the customer in the drive through tried to pay in small change and blocked the new coin machine. I informed that I was ok that the coin machine and the card machine were both not working but that it is unacceptable that no one informed the drive through customers of what was happening with the various methods of payment.
This is not the first time that I have had poor service at this branch.
