Upon placing an order over the phone and expecting it to be delivered in the next 40 minutes, I call the store to find out on the delay.
Unfortunately my call was picked up by Dorah Kobokoa who told me that the she will call the driver and find out on the delay. I then ask her about one of the terms and conditions (which is "Goods and Services" no 4.4 to be exact). And then she tells me that there's nothing they can do as the store is busy on weekends.
I then ask to speak to the manager of the store. But then while she's calling her, I can hear her on the background speaking to someone at the store that "I expect to have my order delivered in 40 minutes? ", "I am crazy". and this is to quote her exact words. I'm not sure if crazy people call Debonairs at least 4 times a month to order from them? And there I was thinking that it's polite to talk "smack" about a customer on the phone, when they can't hear you and the phone is on mute.
I'm not as much irritated by the service as I am by the lack of tact and total disregard of a customer. I'm really not impressed by her actions and hope that proper action will be taken to rectify this.
Such careless actions should not be tolerated anyw
