On Friday I ordered the Debonairs special where if u order 2 large pizza's u receive 4 free beg4more's. My order was placed at 6:45PM & should have been at our door within 40 minutes. The order, in fact arrived at 8:15PM by which time we were starving! I phoned the store to tell them that the order took well over an hour and should therefor be free of charge, as per the info on the website. They told me I had to pay as it is a Friday and that this only applies to week days. The lady I was speaking to wouldn't even let me speak to the manager. I find this unacceptable as the website only says that in order to qualify for the "40 minutes or free" you must place an online order and that you must live within a 5KM radius of the store (both of which we fulfill) but nothing about it not applying on weekends. Regardless, I accepted to pay (if I wasn't so hungry I would have sent the pizza back just on principal). The driver handed me the pizza's & when I asked about the Beg4more's he said he must of forgotten to pack them! UNBELIEVABLE!!! I phoned the store & told them about this & they promised that they would send another driver with the Beg4more's. That driver never came!
