I placed an order earlier this evening at debonairs comaro crossing and paid with my credit card. about 30 minutes later, i get a missed call from the store. So we called in and they had no idea who or what we where talking about. My husband went out to check if the driver was there and the security guard said he was there for about 5 minutes and then just left and ssaid he would come back! WITH OUR PIZZA! I called the store to enquire, heard the manager making some disrespectful and rude remarks to the lady who answered in the background and asked to speak with him! I heard the woman, Gabriella call him Frank and when i asked what his name was she told me tony! Lie #1. Then Frank/Tony tells me he tried to call twice! I HAVE ONE MISSED CALL ON MY PHONE! Lie #2. Both Gabriella and Frank had such a bad attitude that I was upset about this, as if I had no reason to be! Its late, we are hungry and now I have to order somewhere else, because I definatly dont want to have anything to do with this store!!! I am not complaining for any other reason other than expressing my disgust! How can debonairs, debit my card, take my money and then not be bothered to make sure I got my order!!
