Good day, I would like to share this dissatisfaction in service at store mentioned above as this is now the third time I have encountered such poor service in this store.
On the 02/02/2013, I had gone to the store to place a counter order, order number 220, time 20:02, 30minutes later we still did not receive our order, when enquired what the delay was, we found out the cashier had forgotten to place our order receipt with the kitchen staff, when cashier had gone to the manager to advise of error, she was told to advise customer "oh well just tell them give us 5 more minutes" (remember we were at the counter and could hear this being told to the cashier). we only left the store at 20:45, total of 45 minutes just for a counter order- TRUELY UNACCEPTABLE.
I would like a call or email from Debonairs SA, to advise if this type of service is satisfactory to them as from were I stand with many others, DEBONAIRS VERULAM YOU - CLOSE DOWN THE STORE OR REPLACE YOUR FRONT END STAFF, BUT U CNT GO ON LIKE THIS!!!
