We placed an order online, after ten minutes i phoned to make sure that they got the order. I was told they got the order but it might take just a little bit longer for delivery. After another hour (thus 20 minutes over the usual 40 mins delivery time) I phoned to find out where our order is, and I was told by the manageress that it HAS IN FACT LEFT THE SHOP AND WE CAN EXPEXT IT ANY MOMENT NOW). After another 5 mins I get a phone call back... to inform me that it will take longer?! So I informed them that the manager already told me that I can expect it anytime now, so thus it was a lie! I was put on hold, and I could hear in the background how they were argueing and asking around why I was told that my order is on its way! I told her I am not impressed with the service, this is shocking! Long story short, my fianc? e got in his car and went to Scooters to get pizza and I phoned to cancel our order at Debonairs. Elardus Park Debonairs is pathetic!
