Ordered a pizza online at roughly 11h35, received a call at 12h05 apologising for a "delay" and that the driver would then leave the store. Called Debonairs Gardens at 12h34 asking for feedback on order and the lady said she would call the driver to ask him how far he is. It is now 12h47 and I have received no phone call from Debonairs indicating when the driver will be here and I STILL have no pizza.
I have now waited for more than an hour for a delivery that should take no less than 40 minutes at least, as I am based in Gardens as well.
To top it off, the pizza will most probably be cold as he supposedly left the store at 12h05 and it is 40 minutes later. This is the first time I have had such terrible service and would love to know what you will do about this?
