Hi I visited your spur in midrand on the 16/05/13.firstly we were served by a trainee for our entire meal whilst I do understand that she needs to train I don't see why a more experienced waiter could at least guide her with her service.she took our order then came back and took our order again as she was unsure. The food took ages to come and when it did arrive it was cold and seeing that I was there with my 15 Month old son we couldn send it back as we were pressed for time.lastly when she processed my bill with the help of an experienced waiter she processed for an incorrect amount and forgot to give my spur card back.i then left and realized I didn't get my card back and went back and asked a waiter who was outside to get my card for me... he went in and came back with the manager who then tells me I paid less and asked didn't I chk my slip, first of all I was charged less not my fault and secondly you assigned a trainee to serve me I can't be left to ensure she does her job properly.embarrassingly I am now outside with the manager swiping my card on the speed point machine with other customers walking by knows what they were thinking!!! Dreadfull treatment honestly!
