Hi, i have a big big complaint about your spur gateway store (augusta spur). my last 3 visits to gateway store has been horrific bad and unpleasant.
my family have been customers for many years and its sad to see your customer service is gone down. i have never complaint before and I said this time I am definitely going to. my visit on Saturday was very bad. my hubby and i went to gateway about 6pm just to have a meal and we were seated and we waited for 25 mins just to get a waiter to come to our table and take our order! I got up and went to front desk and i saw the one of the ladies by the counter, so she sent a waiter to attended to me and take my order, he took our order for ribs and calamari as well as cheddamelt steak, when the waiter brings our meal... what a blunder... the meal he brings was very cold... now how much worst can it get... remember we waited more than 25 mins to get served getting a very cold meal... by this time we were very frustrated at the services we received from your gateway store... very unpleasant and bad service... i told the waiter about food been cold... he asked to take it back to warm it up... he took another 15mins, etc...
