It happened many times that the Spur where we eat don't load our points onto our loyalty card. The first time Head Office load a big amount at once onto my card because the stores didn't load it. The next time I phoned Customer Care and they said I must go with all my slips to my nearest Spur and they can load everything at once that was for? R2 000 (that just show how many times they didn't load it). Then today I went to my nearest Spur again they didn't want to load the amount of? R760 onto my card because I didn't have all the Invoice slips because they kept it. "to load the points later". If Spur have a loyalty program why don't they teach the waiters and managers to swipe the cards. Today the Manager told me to always ask for the slip, which I do but when a waiter is soooo busy because the Spur is full then they always have a excuse. I don't want to make a scene everytime I eat at Spur because they just don't have time to swipe my card and bring me my prove. Sometimes if I insist on a slip the waiter just ignore me and walk away. WHAT MUST I DO!!! I'm NOT that customer that makes a scene, who's protecting me. Spur's food is very expensive now days and thats why the
