On Saturday the 25th January 2014 was my daughters second birthday. Which better place than spur to celebrate? More than two hours later and being VERY UPSET I am not satisfied with the service we got at spur. We had to remind the waiter the whole time what to do?? Is it our job? none of us enjoyed the experience and if another cutomer didn't also ask the waiter to come sing for my daughter then it wouldnt have happened. I asked the waiter to find out if the bday sms is still valid even though the card is. It took him about 20min to get back to us with that answer - thats not acceptable. Every Birthday we celebrate at spur - come on - this is not fair - we love spur - but cant accept service like this. What are you going to do about this spur?
