We paid the bill on the card machine, during payment it went offline, then they tried again and it took the money. the sms came through from the bank and the amount was taken off twice. we showed the manager and he said it would be reversed, if not we could return. now 5 days later, no money was returned and we went back to him. he came up with other stories afterwards, then requesting proof in a bank statement, which we provided. he said that still was not enough, and refused to reimburse us
