Double charge n primi piatti (seapoint)

After a nice meal with some friends then asking for the bill..i gave the waiter my card who then swiped it..i punched in my pin n then recieved a sms stating that R370 had been deducted from my account, at that momment the waitor who was serving us accidently dropped the mahine and it had switched off to which he did not recieve a print out, i then showed him the sms on my cell which showed the time, date and amount with my balance n primi seapoint, then he went to the manager (Thummi Gumpo) who insisted i swipe my card again.i then did so n got a additional sms stating that another R370 had been deducted from my account, i then asked him to refund my previous moneys that was deducted n he assured me that it would be reverses..to which i told him is unexceptable n why should i be charged double for the neglegence of his staff..he then told me that if the moneys changed to my card was infact R740 and i came to him the following day with a bank statement, he would refund me the full amount charged to my card..then i asked him to put that in writing, to which he did..the following day i returned with the proof but nothing was refunded to me..besides the bank chages due to staff negligence
