Dissapointed in my Favourite take out

On Saturday went to get pizza take outs at Galaria Panarottis. We ordered our take away pizza and I paid by card - I paid my bill and it came off my account via my sms - the manager proceeded to tell it was declined on there side which I showed him that it has come off on my side, he then said no its defiantly not gone through. I then explained I will leave my business card should it not be in there cash up at end of evening I will come in and then pay but he refused me and said I must pay again I then requested for the owner who they got on the phone Sam who was extremely rude and treated me as the convict and said to me "what is my problem why cant I just pay again and if anything they will reimburse me as they have had this problem for the last 6 months" I explained that this is not my problem I have happily come in here to buy and pay for my pizza it is them who have a problem with the machine why now must I do all the running around in my hectic schedule which would only end up with me forgetting about it and loosing my money on been double debited. I cancelled my order which I had paid for and went and ordered steers - still no reversed money!
