POOR MANAGEMENT, POOR ATTITUDE, POOR SERVICE

I went to McDonalds KarenPark Crossing in Pretoria North to place an order for Kids Happy Meals for today for my son's birthday. Upon my arrival, I asked for the supervisor and explained my plans to her. May I mention that my wife was sceptical with this saying it was a known fact that lady supervisors from McD, are very poor and have bad attitude more so when they are serving lady customers, so as a man, I was hoping for a better attitude. She told me they are no longer taking orders for the next day and advised me to call as early as 05H00 in the morning to place an order. Disappointed, I still took her advice and at around 05H00 in the morning, I called and spoke to a guy called Sello who I must mention was also not keen in taking my order saying people make orders and disappear which I found somewhat extremely derogratory, I didnt expect to be treated like an irrisponsible customer. Nonetheless he took my order for collection 08H00 and mentioned I will be receiving a call to confirm my order. I received NO CALL, and pretictably my order was NOT DONE when I got there around 08H00.THEIR EXTREME INCOMPETENCE AND TOTAL DISREGARD OF CUSTOMERS INCONVENIENCE IS APPAULLING TO SAY THE LEAST.
