I am absolutly disgusted after the service I had received this morning from Mac Donalds, on the corner of 1st road and North Rand Road. My family and I arrived at McDonalds at about 00:19am. Upon arriving at McDonlads, my family and myself were still deciding what we wanted to order, the lady and Gentleman over the intercom, rushed us with our order and gave us such bad attitude. We also had to repeat our order numerous times. The lady at the till had given us the same attitude, When we got to the receiving window, our order was wrong and then we were told that if we wanted the other stuff we wanted we will have to go through the drive thru again, with a lack of interest and extremely poor service. I can understand that the staff work long hours but is that any reason for lack of service and attitude? When my family and I arrived home (which we stay in Brakpan), to have our Meals, we found that the Big Macs were half done, the Chicken nuggets the same. Now my family and I are big fans of McDonalds, but after this morning we're rethinking about ever buy there again. I'm truly disgusted about this, and just because of a hand full of bad staff.
