Bad attitude from lady taking orders at Drive thru

We went to the drive thru on early Saturday morning. We made an order at the intercom (4ppl in the car so order took a while). The lady we spoke to was impatient and rude. When we requested her to repeat the order so we could make sure she took it down correctly, she responded by saying we should go to the next window in Setswana, we requested again that she repeat the order and she did so with an attitude.

We proceeded to go to the next window for payment, when we got there I expresses my displeasure with her bad service/attitude. She just kept quiet. Annoyed by this dismissive behaviour, I reminded her that she applied for a job and accepted its terms so she must not take out her frustrations on customers. I then requested her name as she was not wearing her name tag, she closed the window without a response.

I spoke to her manager, (unfortunately did not get her name) who listened attentively to me and apologised, but I still was not happy about this as I unfortunately do not trust that the manager actually dealt with this issue.

This was a 1st time experience for me at this particular McDonalds branch and am not impressed.
