On the 1st of Sep at 16:35:35 we went to Mcdonalds kempton park and we were rudely treated by a lady called Lukuzela. We ordered 2 big mac meals and a mcflurry after our order a white young lady ordered a mcchicken she received her order and we were still waiting.upon asking how come she gets her order before us Lukuzela told us that she ordered just the McChicken and ours was a big and I responded by say but that us not fair and that is not how it is suppose to be.she responded by saying oh really how is it suppose to be because she doesnt know.attitude she gave was appalling and as someone who knows and understand customer services I will not accept the treatment that lady gave to us especially in front of other customers and infront of her colleagues.it is not acceptable and I DO NOT want to be served by that lady ever again. Her attitude will bring the big well known name down.
