It is such a chaos when it comes to queue up in McDonalds. Once you walk into McDonalds, you have to choose which queue you decide to join, if you are lucky, you will join the fast lane, if not you have stand there and see the people came in after you get to served before you. It does not have a system for first come first serve basis.
I was there last week, there was only one till that was on duty, but they have to have another person to take the order besides her, so it is the lady working on the till taking orders and there is another lady next to her also taking orders, but there is only one till, so the till lady has to ring her orders and the other lady's order.
When it comes to our turn (we think so, because there is not queuing there) the till lady refuses to take our order, she thinks that there is another customer arrived before us. Fine, we waited, the other lady was shouting for "the next customer, please", as we went to her, she was about to take order from the guy behind us. So I said to her "we have been waiting for a long time now." then she just stare right at me, you can see the hate she had in her eyes. And when the food came, she did not give us serviette.
