My four friends & I were on holiday and decided to go out for dinner & drinks at News Caf? sun coast. We got there and sat ourselves down no one bother to take our order or check if we've been served, after 30 minutes of waiting for someone to attend we decided to aproach one of the supervisors on duty for this unacceptable service, he promised to get us someone to serve us in a few minutes. The few minutes turned into another 45 minutes of waiting and no one bothered to serve us nor attend us even the supervisor himself. I approached the same supervisor again who wasn't even ashamed of telling me they are very busy I mean who tells a customer that, he still went on to serve the special customers & came to us 15 minutes later. We placed our order and waited another hour no drinks or meals were served until we decided to see ourselves out. This is unaccetable and disgusting service, I will never set foot at News Caf? again and will make sure everyone knows of their pathethic service.
