The last 5 times we went to Mcdonalds in Boksburg and were told to go and wait in the parking lot, what is the point of going through the drive-through if you can might as well just go in and place your order there? On our last visit to Mcdonalds on Rondebult on the 27th April ONCE AGAIN we were told to go to the parking lot and wait for your food. We waited for more or less 10 min & I really needed to use their bathroom. A staff member allowed me to go in but when I asked if I can quickly use the bathroom he said that it is AGAINST THE LAW to use their bathroom facilities if we didn't order anything from them. We did show them our order slip and advised them that we are paying customers and that we are waiting outside for our order. One staff member actually said "I must go and do my business outside like a dog". My husband was furious with this statement because if I had to say that to a black person I would be considered as being. They treated me like I was an animal. I suppose nothing will happen to these people looking at the number of complaints. I really do wish that someone take note of this complaint and do something about it.
