Myself at 5 other friends attended the lenasia branch of panarottis at the trade route mall. I'm highly annoyed and dissapointed at the level of service that was rendered.firstly we waited more then 5 minutes for a table. At this stage we were left for a furthur 15 more minutes before our drinks orders were taken we waited another 20 minutes and still our drinks had not been served. Upon threatening to leave the waitress was quick to bring us plates when the pizza was served as per the thursday night special it was cold.this was the last straw and forced us to leave.upon us requesting for the manager for a explaination he was no where to be found.this led us then to leave and go to the ocean basket across the mall where I might add we were treated really well to the level which the manager came to find out if things were in order.our meals and drinks were seved in under 30 minutes
