At 19h02 we ordered 2 pizza's from the store, and was specifically told delivery will be in 39mins.
When late we called the store again and was told there is a delay in store due to being busy. This was not explained when we ordered. The store manager offered a 50% discount on our next order, but this is not within theolocy printed on the pamphlets.
We asked for the driver to provide a voucher of proof that we will be getting the next order free asmper policy, but this was not provided.
When eating one of the pizza's i bit into a hard object, when inspecting, it was found to be a steel brush bristle, or staple! This could have caused serious injury, choking!
I have not reported this to the store as i find them to be unhelpful.
