I ordered a pizza online at 18:40 and received a sms saying i should be receiving my order by 19:20. at 19:30 i still had not received my pizza and I called the store and the told me the driver had left. PS* I stay 500m from the store. The lady I spoke with told me that the pizza is free only if the dot turns red?? I told her no, if its 40 minutes late. Then she cooked up another story and said its free if you ordered online. Told her I ordered online. My pizza finally arrived at 19:55? I paid the driver for the order because the manager refused point blank for my pizza to be free even though i got it more than an hour late. Does the 40minutes rule apply or its just a marketing strategy???
