Last year November we started to apply for a home loan. Got a loan from ABSA and STANDARD BANK
we decided to go with standard bank as they gave us higher bond but was convinced by a consultant to give ABSA another chance as we were their customers. We did and they gave us a better deal filled in the forms sent everything through they appointed attorneys Malan and Liebenberg to assist with the registration and what not. Then they supplied everything to ABSA now ABSA cancelled our deal due to what they call Unfortunately this is regarded as a structured deal which is not allowed as per Bank policy.
Loan now declined as per Card notes and on OVDT.
because we can not supply them with a proof of a deposit but in our agreement which is between me and dad it states we will pay him as and when we can
Now i have to lose money to the attorneys and they did nothing.
I will have to go see Standard bank to see if they are still willing to assist me with the home loan
Now i ask who is the most corrupted ABSA OR THE ATTORNEYS THEY APPOINTED?
I am the one who is losing every step off the way
Nice going ABSA if I do get the loan from standard bank I will be moving all my financials there
