My wallet was at Lanseria airport including my bank cards. The call centre agent, unfortunately I was unable to recall her name as I was in a panic state at the time, was immensely helpful.

Not only did she immediately cancel my card, she issued a new one without me prompting.

She was pleasant and helpful at 12mid night. A very good experience.
