I sms'ed in for the Outsurance R400 promotion and was called back on Friday the 11th. I told the telesales guy I was very happy with my current insurer but wanted to check if they would be cheaper. Eventually he came back with a quote that was cheaper, but I would have to pay R12 500 for an excess!!! Blerry ridiculous. I convinced the guy I didn't want the policy and then had to conveniently remind him of the promised R400. He said he would email me a link to a site where I need to upload my current policy documents. To date I have received no email... Can Outsurance please stick to their promises!
