For the past several months outsurance has been running a campaign that the can beat anybodys' insurance. If this was not possible they the will pay R400. I then decided to try this promotion out as i had nothing to loose. Long story short. Outsurance could not beat my current insurance. They then asked me to follow a link on an email and upload my insurance schedule. The first problem was the link had a bug and it wouldn't allow to upload. I then called them, still spoke to Vincent Reneke. He asked me to email this information, i did. They still haven't paid the R400 rand they were promising. The date of this was 3rd April 2013. I could find a recent communication with insurance company at the time. I there forwaded them an old correspondence and the new correspondence which would be in effect on the annivesary of my policy being May current year. Still no communication from outsurance as to yet
