I phone in on the 21st of October for a quote on a new vehicle after adjusting my current insurance. Outsurance could not beat the premium and did not even bother to advise that I am now eligible for the R400 promotion.
Also, the consultant then tried to convince me with false information as to why my current insurance can ask me so much less, but I verified with my current insurer that the services offered was the same mentioned by Outsurance. What a and to think I was an Outsurance customer for such a long time!!! I will never go back to them because they are not cheaper and they lie!!
