I contacted Outsurance a while ago for a quote on my vehicle. They could not beat my current premium and the guy I spoke to on the phone confirmed that I qualify for the R400. I was then sent a link to upload my policy schedule which I did. I then received an email saying I don't qualify because some details don't match. I think Outsurance looks for any reason not to pay out. Why wouldn't they do a comparison before saying I qualify?
