I responded to the ad in the media about cheaper insurance from Outsurance and the R400 promotion. I obtained a quote from them and they could not beat my current premium. I submitted all the details on the website and sent it off, expecting for the R400 to be paid into my account in a reasonable amount of time. Guess what? It did not happen and up to date I have not had any response from Outsurance., No, you decide for yourself. Outsurance should not advertise a service or promotion that cannot keep to. Will have serious doubts of doing business with them in future.
