I responded about cheaper insurance from Outsurance and the R400 promotion.
My quote from Outsurance DID NOT beat my current premium.
I submitted all the details on the website.
The website is very problematic and I've now sent more than 5 emails and done the unique number thingy over and over again but NO RESPONSE.
I soooo agree with another complainant that said "Outsurance should not advertise a service or promotion that cannot keep to. Will have serious doubts of doing business with them in future."
