I saw the Outsurance cash back promotion on the internet. I called their call centre to get a quote for my vehicle, and the premium quoted was higher than the premium I pay with my current insurer. I then followed-up with Outsurance about the promised R400 if they cannot beat my premium and they kindly sent me a SMS and e-mailed me a link. To my dismay, the link provided did not work and when I called them about this the consultant promised me they would send me a new link. This has not yet happened, and when I sent a follow-up e-mail, I still heard nothing from them. I found this behaviour to be unethical and discourteous, I expected a company like Outsurance to operate with a bit more decency and integrity.
