Rewards on Cheque Account

Addressed to FNB Care "I am sorry to trouble you with what I consider to be a relatively trivial matter, however I believe that there is several important matters.
During mid-January in came to my notice in exchanged e-mails, that my Cheque Account did not earn rewards in December 2012. I was informed, and I quote -

Qualifying criteria from 1 July 2012 - 30 June 2012:
3. Allow FNB to market to you, and update your contact details with a valid e-mail address and Cellphone number at least once in a twelve month period."
I was advised "Please advise if you would like for us to change your marketing consent to 'yes'"
I replied on the 4th March "In accordance with your rule that reads "Give us consent to communicate with you and update your personal details with a valid email address and cellphone number at least once in a 12 month period", I hereby confirm my consent in terms of this rule. Please confirm by return that this change has been effected Ian Tetley" which was repeated on the 8th March and 3rd April with absolutely no response.
After visiting the branch manager, I was advised on the 25th April that it had been changed.
As of today this is not the case
