INCORRECT ACCOUNT CONTACT DETAILS

I received a statement delivered incorrectly to my PO Box, and instead of trashing it, called Woolworths to notify them they have the wrong address, their customer will not get the correspondence. I gave the account holder name and card number, and client support person told me only the account holder can change the details on the account and he can't assist.

I thought I will use all the email addresses available on the notice, and emailed for attention: Clenton McCarthy about the above, which is silly since, it will not resolve account issues. The account holder will never get their statement.

I received the following reply: Kindly furnish us with the Woolworths account number so that we can best assist.

After emailing it, I received the following from Lucille Davids:

Kindly be advised we can't change address without Miss N Fxxxxx's consent it is company policy.
Please provide consent letter so that we can best assist. REALLY!??

NOW I ASK YOU - WHY SHOULD I GET A LETTER OF CONSENT FROM SOMENOE I DON'T KNOW, AND DONT HAVE ACCESS TO THEIR CONTACT DETAILS ON THEIR ACCOUINT???

I was trying HELP THEM now I will trash everything as SPAM!
