This is absolutely!

NEVER before I had ANY problems with making my EFT's online, but for some or other reason when I tried today, I've exceeded my limit... when the amount is smaller than previous months!! Standard Bank! I phoned the call centre and they said I should phone this person and that number to get a Ref # first. I DON'T HAVE THE TIME!!! What a bank you are! Definitely going to FNB if this does not get sorted out TODAY!! I need answers TODAY! Or else I'm going to FNB tomorrow morning and you can follow me, I WILL then cancel my account at Standard Bank!! This is the SECOND time in ONE YEAR I'm complaining about you on Hello Peter! WAKE UP AND DO YOUR JOB!!
