Ebuck consent to communicate

I have called the call centre twice this morning and it seems like nobody can help.i have noticed i have not gotten any ebucks rewards due to the fact i didn't give fnb any consent to send me communication on marketing.the lady told me there is an option on the website under personal details, she said the option should say allow fnb to communicate on marketing with a tick box.there is no tick box for that i can only update my details, ihave updated my details to see if it will work and under the rewards tab qualifying criteria there is still a red tick on allow fnb to communicate.and what is going to happen to all my ebucks i should have gotten from feb2013? please fix
