How long should I wait for a reply

I called in on 23/04/2013 to apply for a personal loan. I received an sms to say I have been provisionally approved. I sent through a bank statement and my payslip. I was then sent an sms to say I have been declined as i do not fit the lending criteria based on my credit record, but the lady I did the app with confirmed I was credit clear. Then I called on 24/04/2013 and was advised it was due to affordability. I then contacted actionline as the reason exactly was not clear as to why my app was declined. I was then advised that Sarie (teamleader for personal lending) sent me an email to call her, which I did not receive. I then left 5 messages for her to call me back which she STILL has not done. What do I do now???
