Good day,
I called jdg group to enquire if I can apply for a loan as I have an account with you that I have paid 3times the installment in one month and this account is new, a consultant told me that I am welcome to apply. I applied online last week and was requested to send in my documents which I did.then Happiness called me to complete the application and was approved for R10000 I was advised that checks will be done and I will receive a call to confirm my personal details on Monday which I did receive. I was told the money will be paid in on Tuesday the 10th of December. This morning I called to check why it has not reflected in my account consultant tebogo said he will check and get back to me, instead he sent an email telling me I would need to wait 3months before applying. I called to get a clear explanation and to speak to a manager he then gave the phone to zola who said he is the supervisor. my query is why was I mislead and told that I can apply to be told of a policy that was not mentioned to me. you have made a credit enquiry on itc and would like that to be removed on my record as I have my credit record to protect as I was approved and declined this effects me negati
