I had an accident in April 2013, caused by a negligent driver, who drove into the back of my car, whilst I was stopped at a red traffic light. The damage to my car was pretty extensive, and initially I attempted to get the company that owned the vehicle, to pay for the repair of my vehicle, so that I could maintain my no-claim period which was 8 years, but infortunately I had to go through my insurance company - Outsurance. They were very quick and efficient in getting my car booked in at Ross Champion motors in Durban, and although there were a few hiccups along the way, in that we had to wait for parts, but it was all sorted out. I thought I would wait 'forever' to get my excess back, if at all, but Niran Naransamy in the Legal Department at Outsurance, kept slogging away and he phoned me on Monday the 7th Octpber to tell me that the company had finally agreed to settling and that he had gotten my excess back. Wow! imagine how happy I was, the money is alread back in our account, so a BIG thumbs up to Outsurance, thank you for your prompt and efficient service, and I will be very happy to recomment you to anyone. Reasonable premiums and the service to back it up.
