EMPTY PROMISES/ PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICES

Today I phoned the Branch of FNB at preller plein, I was promised that George would get back to me @ 10:00 this morning. It is now 3:30 banks have closed, and still no response.
I called at least 5 times today and every time the response was George will phone me now. I phoned just before closing asking to speak to a manager and both the managers Tokkie and Garry could not be bothered to even answer a telephone (I phoned 4 consecutive times).

I guess clients are just not your number 1 priority and you could not be bothered to return calls or even just answer your telephones.

I've been with FNB for - 8 years and am seriously consider a change...
