Lack of feedback or any type of response

On 12th April, I sent in the final requirements for my client's pension fund payment from OM Orion to Absa Investments. To date, no-one has even confirmed that they received my email, let alone that they have pressed the button to finalise the payment. I followed up on 22/04/2013, 24/04/2013, 25/04/2013, 26/04/2013 and not one of my emails has been responded to. Even if they needed to call for a second tax directive, this is way more time than they need to finalise this claim. They could at least have the courtesy to respond and tell me how much longer this is going to take.
