I saw a special for a Samsung phone in a brochure of Ellerines. So i visited the George branch in Hibernia str. I am already a customer of this branch. I was promised that the phone will only take a couple of days to reach the store. In the meantime I was told that the instalment will more be than the instalment advertised. Was I not supposed to be told this from the beginning before applying for the phone? This is now almost going for 3 weeks and yet no phone?? I have to phone of go there the whole time to find out what is going on and where is the phone!! Inconvenience for me as a customer. They promise to call with feedback and never do, I have spoken to Nico the Area Manager as well and was also made promises. So I was promised again that the phone will be at the store 19/11/2013 (yesterday), so today 20/11/2013 my fiance phoned and still nothing. Kleintjie said that the couriers delivers between 12-1... its 16:00 and still nothing??? Now after my fiance called H/O and spoke to Venny the phone will be in George on Friday??? Promises Promises and more promises??? I have never in my life had such bad experience from a store! It's totally UNACCEPTABLE and taking to long
