Poor service by the second in charge manage

I applied for a card beginning of July till today I have not received it. I called in to ask what happened no one knows where the card is. The manager has the tracking number but the branch cannot find the card even after I went there twice. The manager Cecilia promised to call 2 days later I phone and I'm told to wait. How long does it take to trace a card with a tracking number. What does fnb pay Cecilia for if she cannot return calls after a client phoned in and promised I will be contacted and nothing happens?

This is happening for the second time. First card tool almost 6 months to arrive. Promised they will change the banker till today I don't know who my banker is. This is absolute poor service and attitude displayed by a manager who works for a bank. They are not fit to work in an environment where they work with people who bet their money based on their empty promises.
