On Monday I realized that a transaction went off my account which I was not aware of. So I phoned Standard Bank and enquired about the transaction, after which was concluded that my card was cloned. I phoned the relevant call centre to stop my card and ordered the new one, they gave me a reference number and told me to report it to Standard Bank Crime and, so I phoned the Crime and call centre, after 20minutes of holding the line they disconnected the line on their side, so I tried 5 more times on Monday an Tuesday, same story. I went to the Preller Square Branch in Bloemfontein and asked the consultant to assist me, to which she responded that she can only open new accounts and that I should go to enquiries, so I went to enquiries, the lady directed me to a telephone and told me to answer when it rings, so I answered and stayed another 30minutes on the line waiting for someone at the and Crime Centre to answer the call, once again no answer, it is now Wednesday and I still could not manage to report anything to the and Crime call centre, I have called 7 times this morning, holding the line for 15-30minutes each time, this is the worst service EVER!!!
