We made an investment of a substantial amount NINE DAYS AGO at the Springs 5th Ave Branch. Up till today there is no sign of the investment. I phoned today at 9:30 am and asked to speak to the branch manager Mrs Bebita. I was promised that she would phone me back within the hour. FOUR HOURS LATER I phoned the EXECUTIVE COMPLAINTS DEPT and was promised that they would call me back with an answer. This is now Friday afternoon 4:30 pm and NO RESPONSE FROM EITHER THE MANAGER OR THE EXECUTIVE COMPLAINTS DEPT. WHERE IS MY INVESTMENT MONEY??? HOW DO YOU TRUST STANDARD BANK WITH YOUR MONEY!!!???!!! I have to report to my Governing Body at a meeting THIS EVENING and what do I tell them??? Standard Bank, your service and attitude is pathetic!!!
